1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the wtobet platform, you confirm that:

3. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

4. Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting government-issued identification (Indonesian national ID / KTP), proof of address, and a selfie verification photo.

3.3 Account Restrictions

You may hold only one active account with wtobet. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate closure of all duplicate accounts.
• Forfeiture of any bonuses, winnings, or account balances associated with duplicate accounts.
• Permanent ban from the wtobet platform.

You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your wtobet account to any third party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

wtobet is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft. To comply with international gaming regulations and Indonesian anti-money laundering (AML) laws, all players must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal.

4.1 Required Documents

You will be required to submit the following documents for identity verification:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. The document must be valid, clearly legible, and show all four corners.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill (electricity, water, gas), bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.

4.2 Verification Processing Time

4.3 Failure to Verify

If you fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first deposit, or if you provide false, fraudulent, or misleading documents, wtobet reserves the right to:

• Suspend or close your account.
• Withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Forfeit any bonuses or promotional credits.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wtobet accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Indonesian Bank Transfers: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). wtobet does not charge any fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal from your wtobet account, you must:

• Have completed KYC verification and received approval.
• Have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements (see Section 8).
• Withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Time

Processing time: 1-24 hours (most withdrawals are processed within 6 hours)

Withdrawals requested during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) are typically processed faster than those requested outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

wtobet does not charge any fees for withdrawals. However, your receiving bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction or receiving fees, which are beyond our control.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

In accordance with international AML regulations, wtobet requires that you wager your deposited funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal. This prevents the platform from being used as a money transfer or laundering service. If you deposit funds and attempt to withdraw without placing any bets, your withdrawal request may be declined or subject to additional verification.

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on wtobet are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager. wtobet is not liable for user error in bet placement.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on wtobet cover a wide range of events including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, World Cup), basketball, tennis, volleyball, badminton, and e-sports. 7.3 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live dealer games, table games, togel, sabung ayam, crash games) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer systems audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly. wtobet does not manipulate game results.

7.4 Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection or technical malfunction during game play (including but not limited to internet connection loss, server downtime, or software error), wtobet will make reasonable efforts to restore service and resolve any disputed outcomes in accordance with established betting rules. For live dealer games, if a disconnection occurs mid-game, the game round will continue and be settled based on the actual outcome. Your bet remains valid.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 Bonus Eligibility

wtobet offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Participation in promotions is voluntary. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms and wagering requirements associated with that promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit amount) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rp 500.000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must place Rp 15.000.000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal.

8.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

wtobet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit if we determine that:

• You have engaged in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• You have used betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent (e.g., opposite-side betting, low-risk hedging).
• You have provided false information to qualify for bonuses.

In cases of bonus abuse, wtobet may void all winnings, confiscate bonus funds, and close your account permanently.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

wtobet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:

• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

In the event of account closure, any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited bonuses or winnings obtained through fraudulent means) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful completion of KYC verification and any pending investigations.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the wtobet platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, code, game interfaces, odds displays, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of wtobet or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the wtobet platform without express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, wtobet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the platform.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or content.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Loss of funds due to user error, including but not limited to incorrect bet placement or accidental deposits.

wtobet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your account during the six months immediately preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wtobet operates (as indicated by our international gaming license). Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction governing our license.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against wtobet.
